A California girl finding her place in the Midwest, Alicia lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Josh, enjoys playing soccer, and watching Star Wars and Lord of the Rings..

Senior High Retreat

Mike Wilson 150Speaker: Mike Wilson is the Senior Pastor at Sage Hill Church (Formally known as Wenatchee Free Methodist). Mike has been at Sage Hills Church for the last two years. Mike brings the passionate love of Christ for all when he speaks! Before moving to Wenatchee, he was pastor at CenterPoint Church in Murrieta, California. Mike and his wife, Cassie, have been married for 12 years and have three wonderful children..

Troy Smith 150Worship: Troy Smith is the Worship Pastor at Sage Hills Church in Wenatchee, WA. His passion is to see worship leaders, songwriters and musicians raised up and released into their calling. His heart is to see the nations reached for Jesus. Troy is an avid songwriter, fantasy football fanatic, mini-cooper enthusiast and pretty much likes anything competitive. He is married to his uber sweet wife Sarah and they have 4 Canadian/American super-babies Ellie, Judah, Caleb and Annalise.

All registrants are to register with their Youth Pastor. Price: $100 per student / $50 per chaperones/youth leaders

IMPORTANT! Register with your group - give payment and registration form to your youth pastor/group leader. Group registration is processed through your church.
If you are not coming with a group from your church, contact the Warm Beach Camp Registration Department and they will help you.
We will need a written and signed registration form for everyone, which includes health information. If you are in need of a scholarship, please talk with your Youth Pastor or Senior Pastor.
Church groups should bring appropriate leadership and volunteer counselors.

Health Conditions

Warm Beach Camp desires to provide a safe and appropriate camp experience for all campers who attend. Due to limited medical staff and facilities, we are limited in the range of special needs and health conditions that can be properly accommodated.

Lindsey Baer-McDowell
Lindsey has always loved playing outdoors. She started on the Challenge Course at Warm Beach Camp in 2007, and found her passion. After working locally and abroad with numerous youth and outdoor organizations, she graduated in 2012 from Trinity Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Children, Youth & Family Studies, focusing on Outdoor Leadership. Lindsey believes in the transformative power of outdoor experiences and is excited to serve as the Youth & Outdoor Ministries Director.

Sara Rodriguez
Sara breathes, lives, and dreams camp. She’s been involved in camp ministry for nine years in many roles. Sara is passionate about ministering to youth and their relationship with Jesus. Her passion was fostered through her education as she earned her B.A. in Adolescent Ministries from IWU and her M.A. in Christian Education from DBU. Sara gives of herself with a selfless intentionality and seizes each of life’s adventures; her drive for fostering authentic community and her heart for discipleship inspires all she meets.
Challenge Course and Recreational Activities Manager
Spencer McDowell
Spencer is passionate about seeing spiritual and emotional growth in individuals and believes that challenge course and recreational activities is a great way to achieve these goals. Spencer has worked in the challenge course industry for nine years and keeps safety as a top priority. He is a qualified trainer, a certified in-house inspector, and Challenge Course Manager.
